Let's Build
Rooted
Together

A wellness-and-horse experience that brings a whole new audience to your barn, and pays us both well for what we each bring to it. Here's exactly what I'm proposing, and the thinking behind every piece of it.

With intention,
Jenna — JP Wellness

What We're Creating

Rooted is a three-hour guided reset that pairs your horsemanship with my wellness work. Guests connect with a horse alongside your expert team, then we ground the whole thing with a meditation and sound bath out in nature. It's built for people who have a hard time slowing down, whether they've never touched a horse or grew up riding and ache to get back to it. No experience needed.

It's the kind of experience that doesn't exist anywhere near here, and it puts your barn in front of an audience that wouldn't otherwise find you.

What I bring

  • All marketing, promotion, and audience generation
  • Ticket sales, payment processing, and the taxes
  • Guest coordination, communication, and scheduling
  • Leading the guided meditation and sound bath
  • Food and beverage for every guest

What you bring

  • The horses, the land, the venue
  • Horsemanship expertise and instruction
  • Guest safety with the animals
  • Horse prep and care around the event
  • A flyer at the barn and a word to your people
The Why Behind the Split

A Partnership,
Not a Vendor Fee

A per-horse fee pays you the same flat number whether I fill four seats or eight, and it caps what you can ever earn from a day of your work. I don't think that reflects what you're actually bringing, and it puts all the risk on one side.

So instead, let's share in the profit of every event, straight down the middle. We take total ticket revenue, subtract the small direct costs (food and a supply buffer), and split what's left fifty-fifty. You bring the horses, the land, and the expertise. I bring the people and run everything around it. Equal partners, equal share.

Here's the part I love: it has no ceiling. The more I grow the audience and fill seats, the more you earn, for the same day of work and zero marketing effort on your end. Getting bodies in the door is my job.

Clean and Clear

  • PaymentsI collect all ticket revenue and send your share within 7 days of each event.
  • CostsDirect event costs come off the top before we split, so neither of us is ever out of pocket.
  • The first one is a betaUp to 5 horses in the barn, we run the whole thing together, and we use it as the template we replicate.
  • CancellationsIf fewer than 4 guests register, we reschedule or refund together, no pressure either way.
  • We can adjustPricing and the split can be revisited together as the model proves out across more events.
So, What Do You Think?

Are You In?

If this feels right, our first date is July 12th, and I'm ready to start filling seats the moment we say go. If you want to tweak anything, let's talk it through. I want this to feel as good for you as it does for me.

Let me know what you think.
